Payment, Shipping / Delivery & Refunds
Payment & Order Cancellations
Online & Offline Options
Payment Methods - We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online banking, and other secure payment gateways.
You can also request for an offline payment mode/ COD. Please contact our team for same.
Transaction Security - Your online transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your personal information. We do not store any confidential or private information from / of your payment details.
Order Confirmation - Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please keep this for your records.
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellation may not be possible. Please note, you need to connect with support team directly for any order cancellation. Cancellation is acceptable only for products not dispatched & refund process in such case will be initiated only after confirmation with support team. In case product is already dispatched, you can use option for replacement/ returns, providing the valid reason.
Delivery Terms
Domestic & International
Some products will carry Free Delivery options.
For products with deliver fee- Delivery charges will be informed to user while/before payment. In case of any changes to fee, post payment confirmation, buyer will have full right to opt for cancellation with a 100% refund, if error/limitation is found at our end.
Products will be dispatched within 0-7 working days of order & delivery details shall be shared with customers via email/sms mode, as selected. All details will also reflect on website order link, within 48 hours of updates.
Sarvottams will not be liable for any delays/ damages done by couriers/ logistics organization. Once product is received & unpacked, it will be responsibility of buyer. Customers are requested to immediately inform Sarvottams Support team, on receipt of delivery and share photographic proofs of damaged delivery in unpacked & open state. User can thereafter deny accepting a damaged parcel.

Refunds

- We offer full exchanges for defective or damaged items (with manufacturing defects). Contact our support team for assistance.
Refunds are acceptable for all forms of manufacturing defects informed within 3 days of receipt of product/ delivery. Users will have option to get a replacement or request for full refund on receipt of product back to us, post confirmation from support team. Sarvottams will bear the cost of logistics in special cases.
-In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
-In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after validating your concern/ complaint will take an appropriate decision & action to resolve your concern.
For products damaged in transit/logistics - Buyers areencouraged to Not take materials with spillage &/ or contact us before opening such packages. No refunds shall be possible for products wherein either the packaging is damaged or seal is opened.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Initiating a Refund

- Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
